Gears 5 Not Saving Checkpoints

While Gears Tactics is likely to sink its Locust-like claws deep into y'all from an early phase, you're not going to be able to live in forepart of your PC forever. At some betoken, you'll need to relieve your game to go off and do something else, or even just to ensure you've got a checkpoint. Here'south how to save in Gears Tactics.

Saving Your Game in Gears Tactics

Gears Tactics uses an auto-save feature, and doesn't have any way of but manually saving your progress.

At the end of every main mission or side mission that you embark on, Gears Tactics will save your progress, ensuring y'all won't accept to do it all once again.

If things go a bit pear-shaped during a mission, Gears Tactics isn't quite so forgiving. There are one or 2 checkpoints per mission. If you don't achieve one of these, you'll have to first the mission over entirely.

Upon reaching a checkpoint, you lot'll so exist able to press Esc at any fourth dimension and select the 'Restart from Checkpoint' option. At least this manner you won't have to restart the entire mission. Yous'll know when y'all've reached a checkpoint, as you lot'll become a notification to announced on the right-hand side of the screen.
